Hello! my name is Jayde and I am an emerging artist located in NSW Australia!

I have always had a passion for creativity and self-expression from a young age, my admiration for the world of art and artists alike has only grown throughout my life. The allure is the freedom art grants creative minds and the insight into the mind of the artist. With this, emerged some of the greatest artists in history such as Pablo Picasso, Leonardo Da Vinci and Vincent Van Gogh to name a few and contemporary artists such as Banksy, Lena Danya and Murakami, all of which continue to amaze the world of art and inspire emerging artists including myself.

As an emerging artist, realism had been the main theme of my work for many years, now with inspiration derived from the artists of past and present, I find myself dwelling in expressionism and experimenting in the dimensions of sculpture and other media.

 

With each artwork I conceptualize a new dimension of myself emerges and I aspire to produce artworks that take my audience on a journey of self-discovery and reflection similar to my experience, where the viewer is encouraged to delve deeper than the first layer of paint to find hidden messages, to question the contribution each part of the piece plays in the artwork's entirety.

​All paintings are made with high quality, Italian oil paint and ethically sourced stretched canvas, and sealed with the best quality varnishes that stand the test of time.

​Illustrations are made using the finest quality Prismacolor pencils, inks and fine art paper that locks in pigment to ensure opacity does not dull over time, illustrations are sealed with varnish to keep the pigment vibrancy long-lasting.
