Important information before ordering!

PLEASE READ

Prior to ordering a custom commission, a minimum of 50% deposit is to be paid prior to commencing the artwork. This amount is NON-refundable after 48-hours. Should change of mind occur please contact the artist using the contact form or via email Artisticstudios@outlook.com.au BEFORE the 48-hour period concludes, for a full refund of your deposit. As part of the commission process, clients are updated regularly with images of the artworks progress, this is optional, clients are welcome to decline progress photos of their commission.

Payment methods: Artistic Studios offers a variety of ways to purchase your commission or merchandise! cash, direct deposit and Paypal are all accepted.

50% deposit

​Prior to commencing an artwork 50% of the artworks retail price is to be deposited and the remaining 50% is to be paid before the artwork is completed. A courtesy reminder will be sent prior to completion allowing adequate notice to finalize the outstanding balance. Please be aware if the remaining 50% is not paid 2 weeks after completion, the artwork will be subjected for sale to make up for the outstanding balance.

Paid in full

​Paying the full amount upfront ensures no delay in commencing and finishing your commission and voids payment reminders. In addition, clients will receive a notification requesting details for pick-up or delivery once the artwork is complete.

Refunds

Artistic Studios strives for 100% satisfaction where clients are encouraged to request alterations and make recommendations in the beginning stages to ensure you are fully satisfied with the artwork you receive. Deposits and paid-in-full amounts at the beginning of the commission process are NON-REFUNDABLE after 48 hours "change of mind" will only be refunded if requested before the 48 hour period is concluded otherwise, all sales are final​.

If a print arrives damaged a free replacement will be sent at no cost to you! should a custom artwork arrive damaged, photos of the damage are required for a refund of shipping and/or a partial refund of the artwork (refund amount varies according to the level of damage).

Pick-up & delivery

When picking up your artwork, the artist will contact you to organize a time and day most convenient for you! for any reason the time or day no longer works please contact the artist as soon as possible to rearrange for pick-up. Artworks must be fully paid before pick-up can be requested. 

Delivery is free in the local areas of Lithgow and Bathurst! for areas further or abroad Australia post is the preferred postage service, please note that postage prices differ according to the area, size and weight of the artwork including your chosen service ie) express post or standard, this is to be considered when ordering larger works.
